How do I become a guest?
To become a guest of The Vanilla Pages, you will need to register your name and email address then select both a screen name (how people will see you on the site) and password. You will receive an email asking for valudation of your email address by following the link back to The Vanilla Pages. Once validated, your guest registration will be activated
What access do I have as a guest?
As a guest you will be able to take a tour of the site. However, access to any of the key functions will be restricted.
How do I become a member?
To ensure that The Vanilla Pages remains a platform for individuals and companies involved in the fine food and drink industry to communicate, The Vanilla Team will seek verification of trade status during the membership application process.
- Buyers are requested to complete an online questionnaire providing further details about them and their business. On submission of the questionnaire, unapproved membership status is given. Buyers are then required to verify trade status by sending in hard copy evidence of their trade status.
- Suppliers are required to register their company details which will be moderated by The Vanilla Team. Once approved, suppliers have full access to The Vanilla Pages. Invoices are sent out at this point and if they are not paid to terms, the account can be suspended.
- Wholesalers are required to register their company details which will be moderated by The Vanilla Team. Once approved, wholesalers have access to The Vanilla Pages.
I registered as a guest but now want to upgrade - how do I do this?
If you did not select one of our premium accounts when you first registered you will have been viewing the site as a guest. You can upgrade your membership at any point but you will need to request a change by email to the team at The Vanilla Pages. Your request should be sent to users@thevanillapages.com, stating your email address and desired membership type.
