Wholesaler - setting up your profile
Where Do I Start?
If you have requested a wholesaler listing, you will initially have a status of ‘Application Awaiting Moderation’. At this point you should start to create your minisite/profile.
Start by chosing to ‘edit’ your company in My Vanilla. You will be presented with a number of fields that will need to be completed, please take time to consider what information is held in what field.
You can return to edit all of this text at any time.
Once you submit your profile, it will be moderated by The Vanilla Team. The moderation may involve extensive identity checks to verify that the company exists and also to veryify that there is no fraudulent activity, i.e. no company trying to pass itself off as another company. Following moderation your profile will be published and your status will change to ‘Full Member (payment pending)’.
How do I link to a Supplier
A supplier will need to locate your profile and link to your company as a distributor of their products. We suggest you contact all suppliers whose products you distribute and request that they link up to you. If any suppliers who you distribute for are not members of The Vanilla Pages, please pass on our contact details to them.
