Our modern facilities, consisting of an 1800 square ft factory and 1500 cubic ft cold store, have the capability to produce over 5,000 litres of ice cream a day, and in July 2006 we received BRC Accreditation. Callestick Farm Ice Cream gives you a totally assured quality and continuity of supply that will easily exceed your expectations.
On the farm, we practise good animal husbandry and land management in the same way as the generations before us. This not only produces the best possible milk, but also is important in sustaining healthy biodiversity and protecting the beautiful landscape of Cornwall.
We are just as careful when it comes to selecting our other ingredients: alongside the farms own rich milk, we choose the finest fruits and the best confectionery to create an enormous range of ice cream flavours that are naturally delicious.
All our Ice Creams are Gluten Free, GMO Free and suitable for Vegetarians. They are made here on the farm using our fresh whole milk, cream and only the best confectionary and finest fruits.
