At Greenwich Cakes Ltd we focus on baking high quality, hand made cakes, brownies and flapjacks for a wide range of catering and retail customers including airlines, railways, museums and art galleries, offices, takeaway and coffee shops. The business was created in 1999 when three specialist baking, gift cake and brownie companies were put together into a modern bakery not far from the Dome
We are a privately owned bakery with a small enthusiastic team working with unique, traditional and modern recipes and high quality ingredients to produce cakes that are fresh, distinctive and delicious.
Our Carrot, Banana and Jolly Rich Fruit cakes are especially popular, and our Bourne Street Brownies are a moist decadent must for any chocoholic!
We take a flexible approach to customers’ needs and specialise in developing bespoke cakes and tray bakes to suit their unique requirements.
We are accredited with a BRC Global Standard – Food certification.
