Our high quality fudge is made by hand to order, without the use of artificial additives, preservatives or colourings, and uses only the best ingredients. The fudge is set in stone trays to ensure that it cools quickly so you experience the smooth creamy consistency that everyone adores.
We, a pair of food-mad mothers, started Hi-T’s because we enjoy making yummy treats for our families and wanted to share them with you. With our constantly failing attempts to watch our weights, our fudge really is ‘too yummy for mummy’!
Hi-T’s was founded in April 2006 in London. We are now in the process of setting up kitchens in the heart of the Cornish countryside, therefore enabling us to make genuine Cornish or West Country handmade fudge.
All fudge comes beautifully packaged and is available in a great variety of flavours for any occasion. Choose between our velvet, silk and indulgence fudge and then select your flavours.
Velvet - we regard Velvet fudge as a classic, old-fashioned one. it is creamy, but slightly crumbly and melts in your mouth. it has plenty of texture that heightens the buttery flavour. Has been likened to Scottish Tablet.
Silk - This is for those who want to imagine themselves in the West Country enjoying the more traditional creamy, smooth fudge. It’s made with double cream to enhance both flavour and texture.
Indulgence - Welcome to confectionery heaven! This is made entirely with clotted cream for a unique flavour.
